This was an amazing book. It is basically a workbook that cites research in this area and at times it is hard to follow. It basically explains quite a lot regarding the way emotions influence everyday components. There is some reasoning about the fact that it is a thought that induces emotion and not the other way round, which means that anyone can control, to some degree, how they feel. The rest always depends on nurture, personality and other components. Not a lot I can say about this book apart from this. It is very good way of understanding the basics of reflexivity if you choose to accept it in the first place.
