Cold war modern at V&A

Hmmmm....not sure if this was my thing at all. I abhor sixties/seventies designs and found the whole thing rather sad. There was a chair there, designed for universities from Yugoslavian era, which only reminded me of my childhood. I just could not get into it I guess, with most items being something that my mother had on display in our sitting room when I was growing up; it was hard to see it as art of any kind as opposed to old toot. And Nasa stuff just looked sad so many years on.

But it was nice to go back and imagine how cool this stuff must have been back in the day.
